Oh my, this chocolate cake will fall prey to all appetites. The light textured cake complimented by an exquisite easy-to-make fudge frosting are made for each other.
Keep these ingredients on hand for unexpected company. You can have a fabulous desert ready in 30 minutes. One bite and they will kiss the cook!
Ingredients:
1 package   Duncan Hines Deluxe Devils Food cake
1 1/4 cup   Nestle Semi Sweet chocolate chips
1 14 oz   Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
  1 teaspoon   Vanilla (real)
Directions:
Prepare and bake the cake in a 9x13" pan as directed.
While the cake is baking, prepare the fudge frosting:
1. Mix the following in a medium saucepan: sweetened condensed milk and chocolate
chips.
2. Melt this mixture over low heat for a few minutes, stirring constantly until the
chocolate chips melt.
3. Remove from heat and stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla.
4. Remove the baked cake from the oven and cool slightly.
5. Pour the warm frosting over the cake. The frosting will appear shiney as it
cools on the cake.

Great Grandma's advice about how large to make the pieces:
"I SAY, THE BIGGER THE BETTER!"

PS:You can also use this fudge frosting recipe on a baked 9x13" pan of
chocolate brownies.
