Ingredients:
  1 pkg   bacon
  0.50 cup   chopped onion
  1 cup   grated cheddar
  2 cups   milk
  1 cup   bisquick
  4   eggs
  1/4 tsp   salt
  dash   pepper
Directions:
  preheat oven to 400. grease pie plate, place bacon, onion, cheese in pie plate

beat remaining ingredients together until smooth

pour over bacon mixture in pie plate

bake 35-40 min.
let stand 15 min.

  A super easy pumpkin recipe that's a cross between pumpkin pie and pumpkin bars. You can even mix the pumpkin mixture right in the pan!
Ingredients:
  3   eggs
  1 (15 oz) can   pumpkin
  1 (12 oz) can   evaportated milk
  1 cup   sugar
  1/8 tsp   salt
  1 1/2 tsp   cinnamon
  1 tsp   ground ginger
  1 T   vanilla
  1 (18.5 oz) box   yellow cake mix
  2 1/2 sticks   melted butter
Directions:
  Mix the first 8 ingredients together and pour into 13 x 9 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over the top and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
