chicken leg and thigh quarters, skinned |

BBQ Sauce |
| Directions: |
| |
Preheat oven or grill to 375.
Place chicken quaters in a large, sprayed baking dish. Spread each leg quarter with 2 T of BBQ sauce. Cover and bake for 30 min. Check for doneness.

place veggies in medium casserole dish with about 1/4 cup water. Cook in microwave on high for about 1-2 min until crisp-tender.

scub well, wrap in paper towels and bake in microwave on high for 6 minutes or until done. Add toppings of your choice.

Rich and Buttery Bread Machine Yeast Rolls

These rolls can be made by hand if you have no machine, just knead them like you do your bread and let the dough rise once, then follow the rest of the directions. |

| Directions: |

add ingredents in order listed to breadmachine, and set cycle for "dough". Remove dough from machine when finished and cut into 12 equal pieces. shape into round balls and place in greased muffin cups. Bake in pre-heated oven at 375 for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Brush tops with butter while still warm.
